Pi Sigma Epsilon was founded and the first chapter, Alpha, was chartered at Georgia State University.

-The first PSE National Convention was held in Atlanta, Georgia. Delegates represented 5 chapters.

-The first issue of Dotted Lines, the fraternity's magazine, was published.

In 1960...

The first National Awards Program was presented to chapters.

In 1967...

The Pi Sigma Epsilon National Educational Foundation was created to assist PSE members in achieving their educational pursuits.

In 1970...

Chapter Efficiency Index, now called the Chapter Operations Guide (COG) was created.

In 1974...

Women were admitted into PSE.

In 1992...

The Pro-Am Sell-A-Thon® sales competition was introduced.

In 1994...

The Certified Chapter Officer Program was introduced.

In 2007...

Pi Sigma Epsilon hosted the first annual Presidents Retreat in Chicago.
