Protracts tongue; sticking out tongue.

Side of the tongue; runs from the hyoid toward the tongue.

Runs from the styloid process toward the tongue.

Neck; runs from the styloid process toward the hyoid bone.

Under the mandible; has two muscle bellies

Anterior neck; runs from scapula toward hyoid.

Side of neck; runs from sternum/clavicle to mastoid process.

Sternum and clavicle.

Mastoid process of temporal bone.

Xiphoid process and ribs.
