Can be split into 'Particular' and 'Last':

-Particular refers to the judgement which occurs at the point of death, a person will be sent to heaven, hell or purgatory based on their actions in life.

-Last refers to the time when the world ends and God will bring together all of creation to judge as a whole

This is a place of spiritual happiness and perfection as a reward from God for following him in your mortal life you will meet him face to face.

This is a place of torment and torture. A place of eternal separation from God because one chose to be separated from God which shall be respected because we are all given free will.

-Purgatory is the final phase of Christ's applying to us the purifying redemption that he accomplished for us by his death on the cross.
