Planes
imaginary flat surfaces.
Sagittal Plane
runs vertically through the body and separates it into right or left parts
Means the fight of an arrow.
Medial Plane
sagittal plane that passes through the midline of the body, dividing it into equal halves
Transverse Plane

Runs parallel tot he surface of the ground, dividing into superior and inferior parts.
Frontal plane

Runs vertically from the right to the left and divides the body into aterior and posterior parts.
