Send a link to your students to track their progress
Step 1 (Bar)
Smile, make eye contact, and drop coasters within 30 seconds. Place promo papers and menus in front of each guest.
Step 2 (Bar)
Exchange names, introduce other TPGs, and ask if they are first-time guests.
Step 3 (Bar)
Suggest a Twin Peaks Signature beer and/or popular cocktail. Take the drink order, check IDs, and start a tab.
Step 4 (Bar)
Deliver drinks within 3 minutes. Take the guest on a Menu Tour (Highlight sections of the menu; Appetizers, Sandwiches, Entrées, etc.).
Step 5 (Bar)
Suggest your favorite appetizer or entree. Write down and repeat back the order. Remove menus.
Step 6 (Bar)
Deliver app plates and silverware, if necessary. Practice Twinwork!
Step 7 (Bar)
Deliver food and check back within 2 minutes.
Step 8 (Bar)
Pre-bus and suggest your favorite dessert. Practice Twinwork!
Step 9 (Bar)
Invite guests to become Friends of the Peaks and close their tab.
Step 10 (Bar)
Give a genuine goodbye and invite them back. Ask for a review on social media.
Menu Tour
The practice of highlighting sections of the menu (such as Appetizers, Sandwiches, Entrées, etc.) during drink delivery.
First Time Guest Procedure
Informing the manager on duty so they can go to the table, introduce themselves, welcome the guest to Twin Peaks, and give them a bounce back card for their next visit.
Bounce Back Card
A promotional card given to first-time guests for their next visit (e.g., Free Chips and Queso); franchise locations are not mandated to give these.
Friends of the Peaks
The guest program that servers invite guests to join during Step 9 before closing their tab.
