Communicating how to accomplish a mission: prioritizing tasks, assigning responsibility for completion, and ensuring subordinates understand the standard.

Motivation (in Leadership)

Supplies the will to do what is necessary to accomplish a mission.

Ways to Pay Respect to the United States Flag

Saluting the flag, properly folding the flag (with no red showing), raising and lowering the flag correctly, displaying the flag correctly (day and night, indoors/outdoors, e.g., shining a light on it at night), reciting the Pledge of Allegiance, presenting the flag correctly as a member of a color guard, and properly disposing of the flag.

Cadet Ranks (Officer and Enlisted)

Officer ranks: Cadet Colonel, Cadet Lieutenant Colonel, Cadet Major, Cadet Captain, Cadet First Lieutenant, Cadet Second Lieutenant. JROTC Chain of Command

Extends from the Squad Leader through the DAI (Director of Army Instruction) up to the Commander in Chief.
