Process for a Charted Assocaiton to apply for corporate membership
a letter of request, bylaws, a lsit of secondary or post-secondary insitutions, and remittance of DECA membership dies for each memer withing 90 days of charter application approval
Chartered Assocaition is in good standing when these requirments are met
maintaing membership roster of at minimum 50 members
maintian all financial obligations to DECA
Submitting are required coorporate fillings
annually sibmitting required tax fillings
proof of insurance
complying with all requiremnts in “Affiliation Agreement”
DECA Inc Board Rules and regulations
must be at least 9 members but more more than 12
directors elected by corporate mebers serve 3 year terms
each director may srve up to 2 consecutive term ( must remain of board for a year until they return)

President of High School DECA will present a,,demment with Executive council to board of directors
if approveed, ammendments are mailed to each chrtred assocaition at least 60 days prior to ICDC
amendments are presnted at ICDC and may be adopted iwth 2/3rd vote
