Distributive Justice
Fairness of outcome distribution, such as pay, bonuses, promotions, or recognition.
Boredom
The state when Job resources are high, and Job demands are low.
Self-efficacy
The belief in one’s ability to succeed in specific situations.
Hierarchy Culture
A structured leader organization focuses on efficiency, consistency, and process-driven practices, with the CEO adopting a controlling-leadership style.
Autonomy
The need for locus of control and to be able to define how we execute tasks and activities.
Unfreeze
Explaining the rationale for change, breaking down the status quo, and challenging existing beliefs for the organization's survival.
Conformity
When the [group] members’ strivings for unanimity override their motivation to realistically appraise alternative courses of action.
Individualized Consideration
The leader creates mutual respect or trust and a genuine concern for the needs and desires of others
