Taro Latte (Hot) Preparation Method
Add simple syrup and taro powder to a small pitcher, mix well with a whisk, add milk halfway, steam, and pour.
Cotton Candy Cream Soda Size Requirement
Available in 24oz ONLY.
Cotton Candy Cream Soda Base
Pour Sprite (must be cold) and top slowly with the cotton candy mix (4 pumps Cotton Candy Syrup and 4 packs Half & Half).
Coffee Cream Soda Base
Pour Coke (must be cold) and top slowly with the coffee sauce mix (2tbsp Coffee Sauce, 2 pumps Coconut Syrup, and 4 packs Half & Half).
Spring Day Latte Components
Coconut Syrup, Taro Powder, Milk, and 1inch of Pistachio Matcha Foam topped with Dalgona crumble.
Tropical Yuzu Tea Ingredients
1 piece of Dried Lemon, Yuzu Puree (1.5TBSP for 16oz or 2TBSP for 24oz), and Simple Syrup.
Raspberry Iced Tea Syrup Ratio
5 pumps of Raspberry Syrup for 16oz or 6 pumps for 24oz.
Cold Brew Concentrate (16 oz vs. 24 oz)
4oz for a 16oz drink and 5.5oz for a 24oz drink.
Dirty Chai
A Chai Latte with 1 shot of espresso added.
Pistachio Cold Brew Latte (Iced Only)
Cold brew concentrate, pistachio syrup (3 pumps for 16oz or 4 pumps for 24oz), milk, and topped with vanilla cold foam.
Squid Game Latte Topping
Dalgona Topping.
Matcha Base Measurements
3oz for 12oz or 16oz drinks, and 5.5oz for 24oz drinks.
Dubai Chocolate Matcha Toppings
1inch of Pistachio Matcha Cold Foam and Caramel Drizzle.
Dubai Strawberry Matcha Foam
1inch of Pistachio Matcha Cold Foam and Dalgona Crumble on the top.
Holiday Spice Latte Espresso Shots
2 shots for 12oz and 16oz, and 3 shots for 24oz.
Americano Assembly
Fill the cup with water and ice first, leaving space for the espresso on top.
Cappuccino Preparation
Steam milk to be foamier than a latte and top with cocoa powder.
Caramel Macchiato (Iced) Assembly
A layered drink where milk and vanilla syrup are added first, leaving space for the espresso and caramel drizzle on top.
