What is an inclined plane?
An inclined plane is one of the six classic simple machines. It is basically a flat surface that tilted at an angle used to help move objects up or down more easily
What is the first class lever?
It is when the fulcrum is between the effort and the load
What is the second class lever?
It is when the load is located between the fulcrum and the effort
What is the third class clever?
It’s when the effort is between the load and fulcrum
What is a wedge?
It is made up of two inclined planes that often form a sharpen edge
What is the wheel and axle?
It is made up of the wheel that revolves around the shaft or rod called an axle
What is a pulley?
It is a simple machine that resembles a wheel and axle, but it has a rope chain or another Cord. It uses grooved, wheels and ropes or chains for raising , lowering or moving a load.
What is a fixed Pulley?
It changes the direction of the force
What is a movable pulley
This type of pulley helps and gaining more force when lifting the object
What’s the block and tackle pulley?
This is a combination of the first two types of police. This changes the direction of the force, and also gain force at the same time.
What are screws?
They are twisted incline planes that Are coiled around a pole or a nail, the spiral ridges or thread serve as the inclined plane this allows movement from a lower position to a higher position, but the movement is circular.
