Contingency reserves or contingency allowances
funds included in the cost baseline that can be used to mitigate cost or schedule overruns if known risks occur
Management reserves

Risk register

document used to solicit quotes or bids from prospective suppliers

document prepared by sellers providing pricing for standard items that have been clearly defined by the buyer
