Big Five Personality Traits
A model identifying five key traits: Conscientiousness, Agreeableness, Neuroticism, Openness to Experience, and Extraversion.
Conscientiousness
A personality trait characterized by being diligent, disciplined, and achievement-oriented, strongly linked to job performance.
Psychological Capital (PsyCap)
A positive psychological state that includes hope, efficacy, resilience, and optimism, associated with higher job performance.
Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)

Performance Goal Orientation (PGO)
A motivation to prove competence and often involves avoiding risks and failure.
Task Motivation
The level of drive an individual has to engage in task-related activities and achieve goals.
