When & How many time will we review the membership tier?

Membership Tiers shall be reviewed and adjusted four (4) times per year, at the start of each Quarter: on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1

What will we use to calculate the membership tier?

Preceding 3 month's point (start from the most recent review)

When will a customer be downgraded in membership tier?

When a customer does not accumulate enough points for that membership tier during a review period.

Can customers get an early upgrade to the membership tier?

If a member reaches the required points for the next tier before the regular cycle review, the member shall be upgraded immediately

In case customer get an early upgrade to the membership tier, how long does it last?

Upgraded tier shall remain valid for the remainder of the current cycle and the entire next cycle.

Is it possible to transfer the card to someone else?

Membership cards are non-transferable. If a membership card is used by anyone other than the registered member, any points earned shall be forfeited and related benefits may be cancelled.

Can i exchange Benefits for cash

Membership benefits are not exchangeable for cash.

But you can use it to play and cash out the winning amount

Can I lend my card to my friend so he can play for me?

No, Members are responsible for keeping their accounts secure. The Club is not responsible for any issues caused by unauthorized use.
