Latissimus Dorsi
Adduction, medial rotation, extension of the arm

Serratus Posterior
Spinal movement

Gluteus Maximus
Supporting trunk of body, stabilizes during walking

Gluteus Medius
Stabilizes pelvis

Teres Major
Minor is apart of rotator cuff
Extending, abducting, internally rotated at shoulder joint

Infraspinatus
Part of rotator cuff
Rotation of humerus and stabilizing shoulder joint

Deltoid (back)
Abduction

Rhomboideus Major
Stabilize and move scapula, retracts and elevates shoulder blade, and rotates scapula downward

Trapezius
Control scapula movement, neck extension, and posture

Triceps Brachii
Elbow extension

Levator Scapulae
Elevates and rotates scapula

Splenius Calitis
Neck extensions, lateral flexion, rotation

Supraspinatus
Part of rotator cuff (rotation and stabilization)

Deltoid (Chest)
Abduction

Serrarus Anterior
Scapular protraction and upward rotation to enable arm movements and overhead lifting, and assisting in respiration

Pectoralis
Adducting, medically rotating, and flexing the arm

External Oblique
Twisting the trunk of the body to the opposite side, bending the trunk to the same sides flexing the trunk forward, and compressing the abdomen to assist in forced expiration and increase intraabdominal pressure

Rectus Abdominis
Trunk flexion, spinal stabilization, and the maintenance of intra-abdominal pressure for breathing and digestion

Sternocleidomastoid
Head and neck flexion, rotation, and stabilization, also playing a role in breathing by elevating the clavicle and sternum

Pectoralis minor
Stabilize the scapula against the chest wall by pulling it forward and downward. Also elevates ribs when shoulder girdle is fixed in respiration

Transversus Abdominis
Stabilize trunk, compress abdominal organs, supports pelvis and spine

Internal oblique
Trunk flexion, lateral flexion, and rotation
