Number 1. forms the largest part of the forebrain, split into left and right hemisphere. Left hemisphere handles verbal skills while the right manages visual and spacial awareness.Each hemisphere contains 4 lobes. Frontal, Temporal, Parietal, Occipital.

Corpus Callosum

Number 10 on the diagram. Connects right and left hemispheres of cerebrum.
