Stares at coffee
Iâm nervous
you get used to cameras after a while
not that
oh
the callback
youâll be fine
everybody says that
because its true
Easy for you to say. I leave here. Drive to the airport, get on a plane, land in Los Angeles, and walk straight into an audition
that sounds stressful
thank you
youâre welcome
iâm serious. This could change my life. Itâs a dramatic role. A real dramatic role. Not a joke role. Not stunt casting. Not somebody trying to get publicity. Just acting.
thatâs why they called you back
Maybe
definitely.
You know what drives me crazy? Everybody knows Mitzi Muffins. Nobody knows Rachel Mitsovich. Nobody cares about Rachel Mitsovich. They hear âMitzi Muffinsâ and theyâve already decided who I am before I walk into the room.
Not the people making this movie.
I hope not.
they watched your audition and called you back. That means they saw something.
Or they couldnât find anybody else.
See? Thatâs exactly what Iâm talking about.
What?
You already got the callback and youâre still talking yourself out of it.
Thatâs because I know how this business works.
And I know yourâre good.
You really think people can move past the thing theyâre known for?
Absolutely. twenty years ago then a livestreamer website break up with people for them.
Still one of the weirdest things youâve ever done.
idk did you watch twitch switch
True
my point is nobody talks about that stuff anymore. they know jessyka soap opera. Eventually people start associating you with the next thing.
Assuming there is a next thing.
Thereâs always a next thing.
I really appreciate you talking me down from this panic attack I was about to have with this callback.
You know me, my costars become my family.
Judy Presley was just talking about you the other day and your two months of fake dating.
The press and f u k suck⊠so I figured they would stop looking into her relationship status if her and I just faked one.
It made it easier for her to come out a few months ago for sure.
Right because then ⊠âdating bradley leborman makes women gayâ angle and take the pressure off her.
Speaking of dating Bradley LabormanâŠwho is the mysterious Pho girl?
her name is claire
Wait? The Claire?
Yes⊠it is the same one
When we were here in Texas filming Hockey Schtick, you told me Claire was who you pictured when you had to act like you were happy and in love. Thatâs Pho girl? Did you reconnect?
Its not that easy
Not that easy? What does that even mean?
She thinks I left town, She doesnât know all the circumstances.
What circumstances?
That I thought about her constantly and it⊠and most of my relationships were just to help me forget about her.
Convenient.
Iâm serious. Now sheâs back in my life and its hard to convince her I am ⊠just with more imdb creditsâŠ
Plus I am sure this Jessyka crap isnât helpingâŠ
Nope
What is the deal with this whole cheating story? Havenât you guys been broken up for six monthsâŠ
it was her PR teamâs idea.
Of course it wasâŠ
I leave, people question why a guy⊠sheâs the victim, I am the villain, ticket sale boost.
Sounds about right⊠Jessyka loves to burn bridgesâŠ
So I have heardâŠ
Every six years Jessyka Payne somehow becomes the victim of a scandal and comes back with a new haircut and a new career move.
those are just payne gate conspiricies
you donât owe her anything. You and her are over. You should focus on Pho girl.
Pho claireâŠ. I feel like Big City drama is going to have the final say.
Thatâs not the Bradley I know. Iâve never known you to let other people decide your fate. You do things peopple tell you not to do all the time. Half your career is built on proving people wrong. People told you nobody would watch your public access show. They were wrong. People told you nobody would watch your videos. They were wrong. People told you nobody would care about the breakup website. They were wrong.
to be fair, they may have had a point on that one.
You know what I mean. Youâre sitting here telling me to fight for something. Youâre sitting here telling me to take a chance. Meanwhile youâre stuck in your head about a girl you clearly never stopped loving.
Iâm not stuck in my own head.
Really?
I am doing things, I am focusing on the theatre here right now.
Yeah. You love theatre. But is theatre going to make you happy for the rest of your life?
(doesnât answer)
Thatâs what I thought.
Well as long as Jessyka keeps singing.. all her fans and the world will just think that.
Then tell people.
you know hollywood math ⊠people would only believe something like that if it came from the pope or julia roberts
the Pope⊠really?
yeah
for what itâs worth, I donât thikn Alexander Bjornson wouldâve been afraid to risk everything to be with Kelsey WintersâŠ
Maybe but that was just a character I played
Maybe, but the love that character felt was based on someone who seems very much worth the risk.
maybe. but if i take a risk in hope it make things better for me. THen i need you to take a risk in hopes it make things better for you. âŠ.. get to LA and see what happens.
and if I fail?
then nothing changes
and if I succeed?
everything changes.
I like that answer.
phone buses
okay now I actually have to leave.
probably a good idea (stands up)
and donât tell anybody about the audition.
I won'ât
Seriously,
I know you donât want ot jinx it.
Exactly
fair enough
wish me luck
you donât need luck you earned the callback now go earn the role
see you later
episode 6: rachel. Rachel mitsovich. I can never remember that.
Thanks for having me.
congrats on the role. tell us about the movie
It's a love story about Elena, played
by me, a woman living in this small
Southern town called Sycamore Grove
during the Civil War. The man she
loved left for the war, and while he
was gone, she had to build an entire
life without him. She married someone
else, she had a child, and then that
life fell apart too. So when he comes
back years later as this celebrated
war hero, everyone sees it as this
grand romantic reunion, but Elena is
not the same girl he left behind.
She's a mother now. She's been hurt.
She's carrying secrets. And the people
closest to her start trying to bring
them back together, even though she's
terrified that if he knows the truth,
he may never look at her the same way
again. So it's really about love,
forgiveness, and whether two people
can find each other again after life
has completely changed them.
whats going on there?
nothing exciting. bradley is a friend. he helped me prepare for this audition and gave me confidence when I needed it. Iâm grateful for that, but thatâs the entire story.
interesting becasue that wouldâve been a much better story
well, i do have a story for you.
we will listen to anything you have to say.
Speaking of Bradley Laborman and the
rumors about him cheating on Jessyka
Payne, what I can say is from
everything I know, Bradley has been
split from Jessyka for months before
any of those rumors started. So from
where I'm sitting, the cheating
narrative never made sense. It looked
a lot more like somebody needed a
villain for a single rollout to boost
dwindling tour sales..
months? so the cheating never happened?
you have the crack journalist team Larry, you tell me.
so i think we know where weâre going to lean.
thank you Larry, I know F. u. k can be fair and apologize when they realize theyâve gotten facts wrong.
good luck on your new movie
Thank you harv
