Titration
The process of determining the concentration of a solution by reacting it with a solution of known concentration.
Geijkte (Standard) Solution
A solution with a precisely known concentration, used in titrations.
Maatkolf (Volumetric Flask)
A piece of volumetric glassware used for accurate measurement of liquid volume.
Pipet
A device used to accurately transfer a specific volume of liquid.
Pipetpomp (Pipette bulb)
Used to draw liquids into a pipet safely
Buret
A glass tube with a tap, used for delivering measured volumes of a liquid.
Zuur-base-indicatoren (Acid-Base Indicator)
A substance that indicates the endpoint of a titration, usually by a color change.
NaOH (Natriumhydroxide)
A chemical compound with the formula NaOH, also known as lye or caustic soda.
HCl (Waterstofchloride)
A strong acid with the formula HCl, used in titrations.
Fenolftaleïne (Phenolphthalein)
A chemical indicator that is colorless in acidic solutions and pink in basic solutions.
