Rituals, ceremonies, or events that symbolise important stages in a person's life.

Being two-faced or hypocritical in communication.
Bully
A person who hurts people with words or actions.

A person who makes promises but does not keep them.
Trustworthy
A person who keeps promises.

A chemical messenger hormone released into the blood system in reaction to stress that increases heart rate and blood pressure.

Positive, good, and necessary stress that motivates, encourages, and pushes you to take action.
Distress
Negative, harmful, bad stress that is unhealthy and can reduce performance levels.
