There is no difference. They are all sparkling water.

What is the difference betwene sparkling water and tonic water?

Sparkling water is carbonated water; tonic water has quinine adde to it, which gives it a bitter taste.

Fruity drinks and “sour” drinks (whiskey sour, amaretto sour).

Margaritas, rum drinks, and mixed drinks made with tonic water.

We carry Pellegrino as well as tap soda water. If a guest orders sparkling water, you will need to know:

Yes, and always tell them they can do so when offering them a bottle. It does need to be corked and placed in a plastic bag before being carried out of the restaurant.
