no ribosomes, synthensizes liquids, packages molecules for transer to the cell membrane or golgi apparatus

only in plant cells, produces chloraphyl which makes plants green, site of photosynthesis

vacuole

animal cell has multiple smaller ones, plant cells have one large one. stores food, cell product, ect

vescicles

holds liquid or cytoplasm, carries things through the cell

cell membrane

barrier to prevent certain things from entering the cell

nucleus

controls cell activity, contains dna, dna can copy to make pores in the membrane called ‘nuclear envelope’

mitochondria

powerhouse of the cell, provides energy

gel-like substance that suspends organelles

only in plant cells. provides structure and strength

only in animal cells, degrades waste from the cell.
