Linear (the relationship between x and y)

• Scatter plot is roughly linear

• Residual plot has no curve pattern

Independent: knowing one variable does not help us predict the other

Check 10% condition; explain based on the question

Normal: y is normal for any value of x

Make any graph for the residual and check for strong skewness or outliers

Equals standard deviation: the standard deviation of y is the same for all x values

Check residual plots: dots should vary the same above and below the line (resd = 0)
