"Du" command
drop the "du" and the "st" as well as any irregular umlauts from the conjugated verb. With "problem verbs" such as sein, haben, werden, and lesen, you must add back some of the infinitive stem.
"Ihr" command
drop the "ihr" pronoun and keep the conjugated verb
"Wir/Sie" command
swap the pronoun and the conjugated verb. If the conjugated verb does not have an "en" ending, such as sein, you must revert back to the infinitive plus an additional "e."
