Consultative

Formal

One-way style of communication used for prepared presentations, public speeches, or official settings like work.

Frozen

It's used in static, ritualistic contexts such as state ceremonies, religious rituals, or reciting established documents like a pledge or oath. 

Locutionary

Literal meaning of the words spoken.

Illocutionary

The speaker's intention or the communicative force behind the utterance.

Perlocutionary

The effect of the utterance on the listener, whether intended or not.
