Social Influence
The process by which an individual's thoughts, feelings, attitudes, or behaviors are changed by the real or perceived presence of other people, occurring through mechanisms such as conformity, compliance, and obedience.
Social Perception
The process of observing, interpreting, and forming impressions about other people and social situations using information such as facial expressions, body language, speech, and behavior.
Social Interaction
The process through which individuals communicate, act, and respond to one another, serving as the foundation of relationships and society.
Cooperation
A social process in which individuals or groups work together to achieve shared goals or mutual benefits, characterized by coordinated efforts, mutual assistance, and common interests.
Accommodation
A social process through which individuals or groups adjust to one another, resolve differences, or reach agreements in order to maintain social stability and avoid conflict.
Competition
A social process in which individuals or groups seek to attain the same goal, status, resource, or reward that cannot be shared equally by everyone.
Conflict
A social process involving disagreement, opposition, or struggle between individuals or groups due to incompatible interests, values, beliefs, or goals.
Intergenerational
Social connections and interactions between individuals from different generations that foster mutual learning, support, and the sharing of experiences, values, and traditions.
Intergroup
Interactions between individuals who belong to different social groups, such as those defined by ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, occupation, or organizational affiliation.
