Theft - Dishonestly appropriates property belonging to another with the intention of permanently depriving the other of it

TWOC - Without having the consent of the owner or other lawful authority, he takes any conveyance for his own or another’s use, or knowing that any conveyance has been taken without such authority, drives it, or allows himself to be carried in or on it
You cannot attempt TWOC - you either take or you don’t

Burglary - Enters any building or part of a building as a trespasser and with INTENT to commit any such offences of;
- Stealing anything in the building or part of the building
- Inflicting on any person GBH
- Doing unlawful damage to the building or anything therein
Section 9 (1B)
Burglary - no intent
Having entered any building or part of a building as a trespasser they;
- Steals or attempts to steal anything in the building or that part of it
- Inflicts or attempts to inflict GBH
Section 10
A person is guilty of aggravated burglary if they commit any burglary and at the time has with them any; (WIFE)

Section 3
Making off without payment - any person knowing that payment on the sport for any goods supplied or service done, is required or expected from him/her DISHONESTLY makes off without having paid as required or expected, and with INTENT to avoid payment shall be guilty of an offence

Going Equipped - A person shall be guilty of an offence, if, when not at his place of abode, he has with him, any article for use in the course of, or in connection with, any burglary or theft (including TWOC)
