The powerhouse of the cell that makes energy (ATP).
Nucleus
The brain of the cell that holds DNA.
Nucleolus
Structure located inside the nucleus that makes ribosomes.
Ribosomes
Organelles responsible for making proteins.
Lysosomes
Organelles that act as the general garbagemen of the cell.
Peroxisomes
More acidic organelles that act as toxic garbagemen trying to break toxic acids down.
Endoplasmic Reticulum
The protein and lipid factory of the cell, divided into rough and smooth.
Golgi Apparatus
Functions as the UPS of the cell by taking proteins and lipids and packing them.
Centrioles
Organelles involved in cell division that make sure separate DNA is functioning.
