Includes male and female sterilization, injectables, intrauterine devices (IUDs), contraceptive, pills, implants, the patch, female and male condoms, emergency contraception, standard days method (SDM), mucus, billings, ovulation, basal body temperature, symptothermal and the lactational amenorrhea method (LAM).

Modern Methods

The average number of children a woman would have by the end of her childbearing years if she bore children at current age-specific fertility rates, excluding unwanted birth.
