  • centrally necrotic

  • yellow / green

• In the upper right hand

  • irregular surface → nodular

  • signs of cirrhosis and overall tissue / organ shrinkage

What causes the carcinoma?

Cirrhosis always pre-disposes you to hepatocellular carcinoma
