EX: trees provide oxygen to animals.
Ecosystem services (from environmental economics)
Services from ecosystem for humans. This provides money or a benefit to humans.
EX: Forests provide medicines for humans to cure diseases, or timber to build homes, clean water, fisheries.

Related to jobs/tourism.

Default is always habitat destruction that leads to a decrease in biodiversity.
Human health impact
respiratory illness such as asthma
How to get people to do things ie: make people recycle, use less oil
Subsidize or give tax credits for things you WANT them to do
Heavily tax things you DON’T WANT them to do
Outright bans on things aren’t feasible
Public education always works - ie, a PSA about the
benefits of using no till agriculture.
