The ability of a muscle or muscle group to perform repeated contractions or maintain a contraction over an extended period without becoming fatigued.
Example: Continuously running and changing direction throughout a futsal match.
muscular power
The ability of a muscle or muscle group to exert force quickly against a resistance, combining both strength and speed.
agility
The ability to rapidly change body position or direction of movement while maintaining balance, control, and coordination.
Example: Quickly changing direction to evade an opponent.
speed
The ability to move the whole body or part of the body rapidly from one point to another.
Example: Sprinting down the wing to receive a pass.
aerobic capacity
The total amount of energy obtainable from the anaerobic energy systems

Measures: Aerobic capacity and ability to recover from repeated high-intensity efforts.
Description:
Participant runs 20 m shuttles following audio beeps.
Speed gradually increases.
A short recovery period is provided between shuttles.
Test ends when the participant can no longer keep up with the beeps.

Measures: Aerobic capacity (cardiorespiratory endurance).
Description:
Participant runs continuously for 12 minutes.
Total distance covered is recorded.
Greater distance indicates better aerobic fitness.

Measures: Agility.
Description:
Participant moves around four cones arranged in a rectangle.
Involves forward running, side shuffling, and backward running.
Time taken to complete the course is recorded.
Assesses the ability to change direction quickly while maintaining control.

Measures: Agility and change-of-direction speed.
Description:
Participant completes a course involving sprinting, turning, and weaving through cones.
Time taken to finish the course is recorded.
Assesses the ability to rapidly change direction while moving at speed.
