Criminals are made from greed, bad role models, and taking shortcuts. While psychopaths and sociopaths just do stuff because they like it and they can. Sociopaths and psychopaths are manipulators who want control. Many criminals can be rehabilitated, most psycho and sociopaths cannot. But criminals tend to revert back to old habits due to their environment.
