Lightweight, non-perishable, and high-energy foods such as trail mix, nuts, dried fruits, energy bars, canned goods, instant noodles, and dehydrated meals.
Orienteering
Outdoor activity where the participant's goal is to find various checkpoints in a specific sequence on a pre-set course using a detailed map and compass to navigate in unfamiliar terrain.

Very important during a hike, since everything that one will be needing is carried in this pack.

Trekking requires long walks, and the shoes are the most important equipment at this point.

For outdoor activities, bring lightweight, non-perishable, and energy-rich foods while ensuring sufficient water intake.
