location: Under the clavicle

direction of blood flow: Away from the heart → toward the arms

Brachiocephalic trunk

location: First branch off the aortic arch (only on the right side)

direction of blood flow: Away from the heart → splits into: Right common carotid (to head) ,Right subclavian (to arm)
