Wilson wanted to but he needed congress’ approval. Congress did not approve. Wilson had a stroke and was too sick to run for the next presidential electon but his replacement pushed. Warren Harding from the republican party won so no LoN for America.

Small group who met 5 times a year. They had permeanent members and temporary members.

What powers did permeanent members have in the council?

Moral condemnation - meant that the permeanent members could pick a side of who was the agressor and tell them to stop.

Military force - used armed forces on an agressor.
