actio ad exhibendum
Under Specificatio method of acquiring ownership. Owner of materials used can institute this action against person who used it without permission.
Actio Utilis
Under Confusio and Commixtio method of aquiring ownership.Any owner can claim his share back using this action.
Actio communi dividundo
Delivery method under traditio ex iusta causa.The tansferor is still in posssession of the object due to a clear and valid reason agreed upon by both parties
Constitutum Possessorium
People who are in the middle of the usucapio period to obtain ownership and are protected by praetorian interdicts.(Bona fide buyer unaware at time of sale that seller didnt have right to sell item and a person who thought ownership transferred but there was an issue with delivery therefore ownership didn’t transfer.)

owners,bona fide buyers who couldnt use usucapio, mala fide possessor(not protected from actual owner using rei vindicatio),long term lease holders,pledgees,sequesters,holders at will.

Restitutory Interdicts
Individuals who cultivate state owned land that cant be owned privately. these people and their possession of the land are protected from 3rd parties trying to interfere by this interdict
Interdictum uti possidetis
people who posses a movable res for the longest period of time without force, secrecy or permission are protected from 3rd parties and to maintain the status quo and until a legal dispute is resolved.
Interdictum utrubi
People who are protected when their possession was lost through violent means. This interdict restores possession of someone who was forcefully removed from their property.
Interdictum Undi vi
Remedy available when using mancipatio that could be used by tranferee.Transferee could claim 2x the purchase price from the transferor if the land was smaller than agreed on or if a 3rd party successfully claimed the land after the purchase.
