Steps for making boba

1. Fill pot with 70% water

2. Turn on stove to 3500 watts

3. Let water reach to a roaring boil, set wattage to 1200 watts, pour how many cups of boba needed

4. leave lid partially on, give it a stir to avoid sticking

5. set timer on stove for 60 min and set another timer for 90 min

6. After it’s done cooking, stir again, let rest with lid fully on for the 30 min

7. Once done resting, give it a stir, use thermometer to check temp (175-200 degrees F)

8. Put strainer in boba sink, dump pearls and let water drain out

9. Rinse boba w hot water and stir, getting rid of starch

10. Pour into boba pot

11. Add however much brown sugar depending on cups of boba

12. Add in a little splash of hot water if needed to stir the sugar into boba

13. taste test, throw ladle in sink

14. write down temperature, time in, time out (+4 hr) and initials on TAC board and TAC card

15. Send picture to discord, yell coming out hot and FRESH BOBAAAA
