These are test that evaluate an individual’s potential; essentially what a person is capable of doing

What is the difference between Aptitude and Achievement test

Achievement Test measure current performance; Aptitude test measure future performance

What are the two necessities for creating aptitude test?

1. You must define a set of skills you think are important

2. You must create an instrument that allows you to distinguish between skills

Why are the two steps/necessities important for aptitude test

They provide the basis for this test, allowing us to define and distinguish between groups

These are test that represent Assembly or Reasoning Test (Psychomotor Domain)

• Ex: Armed Series Vocational Form

Clerical Aptitude Test

This Assesses Speed and Accuracy in Clerical Work (Like Office Task)

Readiness Aptitude Test

This test determines if people are ready for the next step in what comes next
