A practice where a person in power uses their influence to give jobs or favors to their supporters or friends.

An obstacle or circumstance that prevents progress or belief.

Small territories or states ruled by a prince.
Foremost forum
The primary or most important place for meeting and public discussion.
Bilateral treaties
Formal agreements or contracts between two countries or parties.
Parliamentary Assembly
A deliberative body composed of representatives from different parliaments.
Association Agreement (AA)
A treaty between the European Union and a non-EU country that creates a framework for cooperation.
Collective defense clause
A provision in a treaty stating that an attack against one member is considered an attack against all members.
