• Prone:

  • Lifts head about 90°

  • Chest up with some forearm weight bearing

  • Rolls prone to supine

• Supine:

  • Reciprocal kicking

  • Strong ATNR influence

• Sitting:

  • Head upright but bobbing

  • Requires full support

• Standing:

  • Poor weight bearing

• Sees farther distances

• Hands open more

• Visually follows through about 180°

• Grasp remains reflexive
