Visual Learning Style
Uses visual objects like graphs and charts. Individuals with this style can read body language well, have good aesthetic perception, memorize information easily, and prefer seeing information written down.
Auditory Learning Style
Retains information through hearing and speaking. Individuals prefer being told how to do things, summarize out loud for memorization, notice aspects of speaking, and may concentrate better with soft music.
Kinesthetic Learning Style
Uses a hands-on approach to learning. Individuals tend to be better in math and science, prefer demonstrating over explaining verbally, and prefer group work.
Mental Illness
A health condition affecting a person's thinking, emotion, or behavior that interferes with major life activities, impacting the ability to relate to others and function daily.
Person First Language
