Breast tissue is denser at this age, breast tissue may feel lumpy. Mammogram results can come back abnormal because the tissue is dense. Not recommended before the age of 50.

every 3 years between 21 and 65. If abnormal, may want to go more often

Yes, it is important too know anatomy and what is abnormal

Blood pressure can be very high with no symptoms. If you’re not going for checks, you wouldn’t know

They are busy, not having time for proper nutrition, not making right choices. This age group has increased caloric intake.

Less active, not moving as much

People start to have kids in this category, may have a lack of sleep.

Age 40, can occur at the end of young adulthood. Changes are considered normal.
