Abdominal Quadrants

Distal
Farther from your body. (Memory: Your fingertips are FAR away.)
Dorsal

Fowler Position

To the side. (Memory: Sidewalk = side.)

Line through the middle of the armpit.

Line through the middle of your collarbone.
