FEA
DepEd SHS; Private SHS; SHS run by state colleges and universities and local universities and colleges; Technical-vocational institutions
Enumerate four (4) institutions that of which the guidelines apply to:

Partner Institutions
Public or private institutions that are able and willing to lend their expertise and resources and enter into agreement with the school.
Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
A legally binding document which spells out the specific terms and conditions between and among parties entering into partnership to implement a program or a project.
Partnership
The relationship between the partner institution and the school.
School Partnership Focal Person
The person authorized to seek partnerships between DepEd and institutions.
Work Immersion Partner Institution Supervisor
Serves as the counterpart of the Work Immersion Teacher and may also be the representative of the partner institution in forging partnership with schools.
Work Immersion Teacher
The school personnel who is assigned to supervise the learners at the Work Immersion venue.
Workplace Immersion Venue
The place where work immersion is conducted.

- Authorized to sign MOA with partner institution on behalf of school
- Assign a personnel/teacher to be the School Partnerships Focal Person
- Supervise the work of School Partnerships Focal Person, Immersion Teacher and Learners
School Partnership Focal Person
- Authorized person to seek partnerships between the department/school and Partner Institutions
- Manage conduct of Work Immersion
- Establish and maintain the Work Immersion partnership between PSD and Partners Institutions
- Use evaluation/monitoring results to recommend partnerships
- Coordinate with Work Immersion Teachers on placement of students in partner institutions
- Consolidate reports from work immersion teachers
- Conduct regular ocular inspections with the Work Immersion Teacher to ensure that the work immersion venue is safe, secure, and suitable for learning
Work Immersion Teacher
- The school personnel/teacher assigned to supervise learners at the Work Immersion Venue
- Exercise supervision on learners with Work Immersion Partner Institution Supervisor
- Coordinate with School Partnerships Focal Person learners' activities and class and venue schedules
- Conduct Pre-immersion and Post-immersion activities
- Conduct regular visits to venue to ensure that learners' activities are properly implemented
- Submit report regularly to Schools Partnership Focal Person on completion and performance of learners, performance of the Partner Institution, and
issues and concern
Work Immersion Partner Institution Supervisor
- Identified in the MOA serves as counterpart of the Work Immersion Teacher
- Exercise supervision over learners during Work Immersion
- Coordinate with the School Partnership Focal Person and Work Immersion Teacher on Work Immersion venue schedules and capacities
- Provide input in the Pre-immersion and Post-immersion activities
- Schedule the learners' activities in the Work Immersion venue together with the Work Immersion Teacher
- Inform the Work Immersion Teacher on capacities, Work Immersion completion performance of learners, and issues and concerns
Learner
- Attend Pre and Post Immersion Activities
- Report to the Work Immersion Partner Institution Supervisor during actual immersion
- Perform the duties and tasks as indicated in the list of tasks/activities
- Prepare the documentations and reports required in the curriculum and by the Partner Institution
