IMMUNOASSAYS
This have been developed to detect either antigen or antibody, and they vary fromeasily performed manual tests to highly complex automated assays.
PRECIPITATION
It involves combining soluble antigen with soluble antibody to produce insolublecomplexes that are visible.
It deals with a small soluble antigen that reacts with a small soluble antibody.

Can also perform precipitation
