The ability to perform aspects of sports, occupation and daily activities.
Physical Fitness
This is generally achieved through proper nutrition, moderate to vigorous physical exercises and sufficient rest.
Physical Fitness
Is the capacity to carry out the day’s activities without undue fatigue but to changes in lifestyle.
Fitness
Physical Fitness is now considered a measure of the body’s ability to function efficiently and effectively in work and leisure activities, to be healthy, to resist hypo-kinetic diseases, and to meet emergency situation.

Meanwhile has to two representations towards physical fitness;
Positiv and Negative
Would consist of planning goals, having consistent workout routine, and to just enjoy working out.
Positive Attitude (in PA)
Would involve being lazy about PA, not giving all of one’s effort, and lacking consistency in a fitness plan.
Negative Attitude (in PA)
Is defined as any bodily movement produced by skeletal muscles that results in energy expenditure; in daily life can be categorized into occupational, sports, conditioning, household, or other activities.
Physical Activity
The components of this are basis from which to measure our
general well being.

Performance/Skill Related Fitness
Is also referred to as aerobic fitness, and is a measure of the athlete’s ability to continue with exercise which places demands on the circulatory and respiratory system over a prolonged period of time. This occurs in activities such as running, walking, cycling and swimming.
Cardiovascular Endurance
Is the maximal force that can be applied against a resistance. It could be measured by the largest weight a person could lift. or the largest body they could push or pull.
Muscular Strength
Differs from muscular strength in that it is a measure of a person’s ability to repeatedly apply maximal force, for example in a series of press ups, over a period of time.
Muscular Endurance
Is the measure of free movement in a person’s joints. This is especially important in gymnastics.
Flexibility
Is usually measured by the percentage body fat a person carries.
Body Composition
Is the ability to change and control the direction and position of the body while maintaining a
constant, rapid motion. For example, changing directions to hit a tennis ball.
Agility
Is the ability to control or stabilize the body when a person is standing still or moving. For
example, in-line skating.
Balance
is the ability to use the senses together with body parts during movement. For example, dribbling a basketball. Using hands and eyes together.
Coordination
Is the ability to move your body or parts of your body swiftly. Many sports rely on this to gain advantage over your opponents. For example, a basketball player making a fast break to perform a layup, a tennis player moving forward to get to a drop shot, a football player out running the defense to receive a pass.
Speed
Is the ability to move the body parts swiftly while applying the maximum force of the muscles. Is a combination of both speed and muscular strength For example, fullbacks in football muscling their way through other players and speeding to advance the ball and volleyball players getting up to the net and lifting their bodies high into the air
Power
Ability to quickly response.

To determine if your body weight is appropriate for your height.

2.Measure your height while standing straight against the stadiometer.
