Trojan - software performing tasks that you want it to do but could be installing malicious data in the background like a virus.

Ransomeware- Software that encrypts data meaning that it cant be accessed.

spyware- Spying on users like their emails and their search history in order Gain sensitive info.

virus- Data attached inside of files which can be spread causing harm in the computer.

worm- Can form on their own and spread themselves across a computer system to infect it.

using social media like emails to people where they can click on a link where they will take details and have access to your login.

Phishing emails aren’t to hard to spot so this can be prevented by training staff to be able to notice them and not to click on them.
