Individualist Ideology
Emphasizes the importance of the individual in society.
Collectivist Ideology
Emphasizes the importance of the community.
Individualism
a lack of restraint on the freedom of individuals, with limited government interference.
Liberal Ideologies
Ideologies that support individualism within the framework of politics and society.
Liberal Economy
Functions without government intervention except when necessary to protect individuals from harm.
Rule of Law
The concept that no one is above the law.
Collectivist Societies
Societies that restrict the freedom of individuals when necessary for the good of the society as a whole.

Economic Equality (in Collectivism)
Communal sharing of rewards or benefits, leading to economic equality.
Private Property (in Collectivism)
Material goods are distributed among the citizens according to need, the collective owns means of prduction
Common Good
Finding a balance between individualism and collectivism to provide the greatest benefit for the greatest number of people.
