Feet Position - First Position
Form a V-shape by bringing the heels together to touch while keeping the toes apart.

Hayon-Hayon
A movement where one forearm is in front of the waist and the other at the back; performed to create a wave-like motion.
Bilao
A movement involving bending elbows close to the waist with hands in front, turning hands up and down alternately.
Place (in Dance)
To position the foot without transferring weight onto it, resting the sole flat on the floor.
Change Step
A dance step involving stepping the right foot in front, followed by the left foot close behind, before stepping the right foot again.
Leap
A spring from one foot, landing on the other foot in any direction.
