Abbreviation for Personal Protective Equipment, which is crucial for safety in the workshop to minimise injury risk from specifc hazards.
Safety glasses/goggles
A form of PPE used to protect eyes from hazards.
Hearing protection
A form of PPE used to shield ears from loud noises.
Dust mask/respirator
A form of PPE used to prevent inhalation of dust or fumes.
Protective gloves
A form of PPE used to guard hands from various hazards.
Apron/workshop coat
A form of PPE used to protect clothing and skin.
Sturdy footwear
A form of PPE used for foot protection.
