cell that transmits electrical impulses

Muscle Cell

cell that contracts to produce movement

White Blood Cell

cell that detects and destroys foreign pathogens

Epithelial Tissue

covers the body surface and lines linter cavities

Connectice Tissue

supports and protects internal organs

Muscle Tissue

contracts and relaxes; creates movement

receive and transmit nerve impulses
